As a small business with a dedicated but limited team, we process returns within 7–10 days of receipt rather than operating with around-the-clock staffing. With that, your refund was processed within 7 days of receiving the item. Please allow a few business days for the credit to appear, depending on your financial institution.
I ordered a perfect sweater just in time’s for homecoming. The sizing was accurate. Shipping was quick ordered within a week of homecoming. Got lots of compliments. Additionally, after the purchase was confirmed I found a free shipping code and they spoiled it afterwards. Unheard of. Made me a loyal customer for life!
