To return an item, the following conditions must be met:
(1) Returns must be made within 14 business days of delivery.
(2) The returned item(s) must be unworn and complete.

Once item(s) are received and inspected, credit will be issued for returned items. If an exchange is being made, the customer will be required to purchase the desired item using the store credit issued. We are not responsible for risk of loss or damage during return shipment.
- Items purchased during seasonal sales cannot be returned or exchanged.
- Items purchased online are not returnable in-store.
- In-store purchases are only refundable in-store.

No. We offer free returns for domestic orders within the US and we will provide a prepaid return label via email.
Unfortunately, we are no longer accepting exchanges.
Ultimately we are trying to create the best experience for you, and part of this is getting the correct product to you as fast as possible. If you are in need of a different size, color, or item, simply follow our returns process for the item/items you no longer want, and place a new order for the item/items you do want.

Once your return has been shipped and received, please allow 5-10 business days for processing. Your credit will be available for immediate use as soon as the return is processed, and will be notified via email once your return has been processed.
